$56–$61/hr

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead II to support end-to-end delivery execution across enterprise initiatives. This role partners closely with product, business, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional coordination, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and drive alignment with enterprise delivery standards and governance. You will play a key role in planning, execution, and ensuring overall delivery health across multiple work streams.

• Lead end-to-end delivery management of enterprise IT initiatives across multiple work streams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, product, technology, and vendors
• Drive project delivery aligned with internal governance processes and procedures
• Track and report on project performance, milestones, and overall delivery health
• Provide executive-level status reporting and manage escalations as needed
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables
• Monitor and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Proactively identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment to business objectives and delivery of expected value
• Determine staffing needs and support formation of project teams
• Facilitate project ceremonies and ensure accountability across teams
• Leverage project management methodologies and SDLC frameworks to drive execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of IT Delivery Lead or similar project delivery experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or project initiatives
• Proven experience delivering projects within large enterprise IT environments
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent work streams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including executive-level interaction
• Experience tracking project performance and ensuring delivery of business value
• Ability to create and manage detailed project plans and timelines
  
  Experience managing RAID logs and project governance processes

• Experience with project management tools and delivery methodologies
• Ability to communicate both technical and business concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience developing and distributing detailed project schedules
• Familiarity with enterprise delivery frameworks and reporting standards
