Position: Ld Insights Analyst - Medical Group - Full Time
GENERAL

SUMMARY:

* The Lead Insights Analyst works under minimal supervision to transform complex data into high-value, high-impact insights that drive effective operational and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analysis.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership and executives.

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret complex datasets, and develop actionable recommendations.

* Demonstrated experience transforming data into compelling business narratives and actionable insights through effective data storytelling.

* Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating findings in a concise, impactful manner.

* Strong business intelligence and reporting experience, including proficiency with OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence) and/or other enterprise reporting tools.

* Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with operational, clinical, IT, and analytics teams to solve complex business challenges.

* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Healthcare operations experience strongly preferred.

* Experience with Epic reporting and analytics tools preferred.

* Lean, process improvement, or Epic certifications are highly desirable.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

* Bachelor's degree required;
Masters preferred.

* A degree in healthcare administration, business administration, organizational development, industrial or related engineering, nursing, science, or a degree in a related field is preferred.

* Six (6) years of relevant experience required.

* Experience with healthcare operations is strongly preferred.

* Experience in Epic and/or Power BI/Tableau preferred.

* Expert knowledge of analytics principles and capabilities strongly preferred.

* Expert user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.

* Understanding of basic statistical concepts.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES

REQUIRED:

Epic and/or lean certifications are strongly preferred.
