Job Description

Requirement gathering: elicit, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.

• Salesforce Platform:
  Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules)
• Business Analysis:
  Requirements engineering process modeling, UML, Agile/Scrum
• Technical Aptitude:
  Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and system architecture
• Soft Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication, technical and non‑technical presentation and interpersonal skills

• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Process Maps:
  As-Is and To-Be
• Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Data Models & Technical Specifications
• Test Scripts & Training Materials
