Qualifications- 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions
- 10+ years supporting the full lifecycle configuration of the Oracle HCM Payroll module
- Program Manager 10+ Years
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work within a hybrid model and commute to delivery center locations.
- Support the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module across the implementation lifecycle
- Assist with requirements gathering and process documentation for payroll operations
- Support data conversion and cutover activities, including balance mapping and validation
- Create and manage cutover checklists and support parallel runs
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to deliverables.
