The Analyst and Operations Technical Support Specialist role is responsible for providing analytical support and technical assistance to ensure the efficient operation of our systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical support for operational systems, helping resolve issues for end-users promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on new tools and processes.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Participate in project planning and implementation activities to support operational goals and improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to help inform operational strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an analytical or technical support role, preferably in operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL) is preferred.
• Familiarity with operational systems and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
