Skill set: SQL, Healthcare (Payer) and Prior Data Analyst experience

Required Skills:

Minimum 6 years' experience in Data Analysis Proficient in advanced functions in SQL Advanced knowledge on Healthcare (Payer) industry Ability to analyze large and complex Payer data - Membership and Claims Ability to understand business requirements Ability to work with Architects to come-up with data models Ability to work with Technical team on ETL development and/or Tableau reporting development

Skills:

Experience with following database technologies:
Postgres, Red Shift, Hadoop and/or Oracle Payer domain knowledge on Provider, Billing and/or Care Management Solid working knowledge of Microsoft tools and software (i.e., Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint) Written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, or within a team environment. Ability to work in fast paced environment

Responsibilities:
Work with business users to understand business requirements Work with Architects to come-up with data models Write complex SQL queries Perform data analysis on large and complex Payer data Prepare comprehensive source to target mapping document (which includes joins, filters and transformation rules), based on data analysis and ensure all business requirements are fulfilled. Work with Technical team on ETL development and/or Tableau reporting development
