Senior Engineering Manager
One Magnify is an AI native, platform-enabled B2B digital agency operating at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity. We help complex organizations drive measurable business outcomes by building smarter customer experiences and delivering highly integrated solutions across digital, media, and technology. By combining deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, we enable our clients to make better decisions, move faster, and compete more effectively in dynamic markets.
As a Senior Engineering Manager at One Magnify, you'll guide the technology decisions and delivery that power modern customer experiences for major brands. You'll lead full-stack engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring our digital platforms, websites, and data solutions land with quality and purpose. In this role, you sit at the center of client goals, internal partners, and technical execution—shaping solutions that connect strategy, creative, and technology.
Your leadership directly influences how we deliver integrated, scalable work that clients rely on to grow.
The Impact You'll Have
You'll steer the technical direction for complex digital builds—think enterprise websites, data-driven platforms, and CRM-powered customer experiences. Your decisions will translate client requirements into solutions that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with architectural best practices. When clients need clarity on how technology can advance their goals, you'll be a trusted voice who guides them toward the right approach.
You'll also shape how engineering integrates with strategy, creative, analytics, and delivery across One Magnify. By coordinating priorities and aligning development timelines, you'll help cross-functional teams deliver cohesive, measurable outcomes rather than siloed outputs. From early solution scoping to launch, you'll make sure engineering is a catalyst for great work—not an afterthought.
