• Experience as Techno Functional Business Analyst with minimum of 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in Retail Banking Domain & Teller application is mandate.
• Good communication skills and client handling capabilities.
• Effectively coordinate and run sessions with representatives across the various business teams in the bank.
• Closely work with customer on Finalizing the Requirements and strategy.
• Able to understands business needs and write business requirements, user stories and technical specs.
• Good Knowledge in Waterfall/Agile methodologies
• Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Understanding QA activities to ensure system requirements are tested accurately and confirm requirement traceability is achieved.
• Experience in working in onshore/offshore model
