Job Summary

The Sr/Specialist
, Product – Insights & Business Intelligence will coordinate the development, maintenance, delivery, of product and lead performance metrics for both internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist will act as key liaison with users to assist in learning, troubleshooting and capturing user feedback that is transferred to product roadmaps for development.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Dealer needs for product and performance reporting, along with data insight needs within retail automotive. The Sr. Specialist, Product will play a key part in troubleshooting and act as a level 1 for support. A strong customer service mindset is also required in response to questions and system functionality.

This position is a hybrid role which requires the employee to work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Essential Functions

  • Support day to day processes, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.
  • Work with internal teams to create/coordinate content to be used for marketing, executive meetings, presentations, or training.
  • Assist with multiple projects, working with teams to resolve issues and identify areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Contribute to and/or develop presentations related to assigned project area of focus.
  • Support the development of program or project updates as needed.
  • Participate in the collaboration with business partners/vendors ensuring completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to align business needs for potential enhancements.
  • Identify and understand emerging technologies, if applicable for assigned projects.
  • Stay up to date on reporting, data, or metrics for assigned projects and provide insight and recommendations.
  • Coordinate analytics requests as needed for assigned products.

Experience

  • Digital Marketing (2+ years).
  • Project coordination experience delivering on customer business needs (2+ years).
  • Experience with automotive projects is a plus.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Managing deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Dealer product and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of the automotive landscape, i.e., dealers and OEM, a plus.
  • Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  • Follow-through mindset to uphold a ‘close the loop’ culture.
  • A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics, and project a professional image.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
