Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. This role supports enterprise-wide production reliability and resiliency by helping application teams instrument, monitor, and operate services more effectively in hybrid cloud environments.
What the right candidate will enjoy:- Working hands-on with Dynatrace, AWS, backend services, and modern observability tools. Partnering with SRE, platform, and application teams to improve reliability across enterprise systems.
- Helping shape standard observability practices that directly improve production stability and customer experience
- Strong experience with Dynatrace APIs, configuration, backend services, and observability integrations.
- Hands‑on experience integrating AWS services with monitoring and observability platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain Dynatrace integrations using platform APIs and backend services. Enable observability across AWS-native and hybrid cloud environments, including compute, serverless, and managed services.
- Apply SRE principles around SLIs, SLOs, service health, resiliency, and customer impact.
- Partner with application and platform teams to embed observability earlier in the development lifecycle.
- Help internal teams understand system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve operational maturity.
- Support business-focused observability initiatives, including customer‑centric reliability metrics and service health signals.
