The workThe individual will apply their industry expertise to work directly with clients, bringing strategic thinking to challenges in digital, commerce and sales.
- Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions that create value
- Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation and customer commercial operations within Resources sectors
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams to meet timelines, budget, and quality
- Lead value analysis to identify opportunities for value creation for clients and Accenture across digital capability areas
- Partner with clients to address priority C-suite issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth within existing and new engagements
- 2+ years experience in the Resources industry
- 2+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role
- A robust understanding of Resources customer engagement models, market trends and challenges
- Experience in Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy or related industries
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and other customer sales enablement platforms
- Strong understanding of customer back-office processes and platforms like Oracle and SAP
- Quantitative skills and experience building client-facing value cases
- Experience with Generative AI use cases for Sales & Commercial applications
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple products or deals
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Travel may be required
