Responsibilities:
Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives, including project reviews, reports, annual planning, as well as testing/validation of changes, releases, patches and upgrades
Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met
Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications
Experience:
4+ Years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise or public sector environment
High-level understanding of:
Project management methodologies;
Web application programming;
Content management systems; APIs, databases, and system design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
Technical Experience/Knowledge with CA Clarity Portfolio Management; MS Project;
Azure Dev Ops; MS Visio; MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Teams
