Senior Manager, Information Technology

Role Overview

Lead an application development and support team of 40 members, responsible for supply chain systems, drive adoption of standard systems, oversee AOP projects, and improve internal processes to enhance service delivery and business alignment.

• Lead cross‑functional teams
• Drive project management initiatives
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of AOP projects
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requires 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and experience with Jira, Service Now, Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
