• The Lead Insights Analyst works under minimal supervision to transform complex data into high‑value, high‑impact insights that drive effective operational and strategic decision‑making.

• Transform complex data into high‑value insights supporting operational and strategic decisions.
• Transform data into compelling business narratives and actionable insights through data storytelling.
• Develop executive‑level presentations and communicate findings concisely and impactfully.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, IT, and analytics teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating strong organization and project management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior leadership and executives.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends, interpret datasets, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools (OBI Oracle BI, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Background in healthcare operations (preferred). Experience with Epic reporting and analytics tools preferred.
• Lean, process improvement, or Epic certifications highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, organizational development, industrial/engineering, nursing, science, or related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience required.
• Expert knowledge of analytics principles and capabilities preferred.
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts.

• Epic and/or lean certifications strongly preferred.
