- The Lead Insights Analyst works under minimal supervision to transform complex data into high‑value, high‑impact insights that drive effective operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Transform complex data into high‑value insights supporting operational and strategic decisions.
- Transform data into compelling business narratives and actionable insights through data storytelling.
- Develop executive‑level presentations and communicate findings concisely and impactfully.
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, IT, and analytics teams to solve complex business challenges.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating strong organization and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior leadership and executives.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends, interpret datasets, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience with enterprise reporting tools (OBI Oracle BI, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Background in healthcare operations (preferred). Experience with Epic reporting and analytics tools preferred.
- Lean, process improvement, or Epic certifications highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred. - Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, organizational development, industrial/engineering, nursing, science, or related field preferred.
- Six (6) years of relevant experience required.
- Expert knowledge of analytics principles and capabilities preferred.
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
- Epic and/or lean certifications strongly preferred.
