Organizations deploy our product to create a single system of record for strategic suppliers, standardize processes, consolidate legacy systems, and drive meaningful comparisons in performance across diverse suppliers, functions, and regions.

The Implementation Consultant provides subject matter expertise and system knowledge to configure and implement SM Cloud at client sites.

During the Detailed Design and Implementation phases, it is their responsibility to assess the client environment, determine system configuration, collect necessary data, complete implementation, and conduct user testing in cooperation with the technology team.

Throughout implementation, the Implementation Consultant acts as the interface between the client and the technology and service delivery teams.

Provides interface data to the technology team to facilitate the development of client-specific interfaces. Assists in testing these interfaces.

Adapts standard client processes for the client environment, then trains and supports the service delivery teams, both onshore and offshore, to deliver ongoing data management services to clients.

The Implementation Consultant will also support sales activities by providing software demonstrations and implementation expertise.
