(DRP) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that provides outpatient recovery support services for those with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Detroit Recovery Project (DRP) is currently seeking a full-time Junior Systems Administrator to support our IT infrastructure across multiple sites. In this role, you will assist in maintaining secure, reliable systems while providing technical support to staff. The Junior Systems Administrator will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, supporting system access and onboarding processes, and helping to implement technology solutions that enhance service delivery across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually, based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. This is a salaried-exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation.

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff across multiple locations (onsite and remote)
• Assist in maintaining servers, networks, and system infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup, equipment, and access
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with system updates, patches, and security protocols
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
• Support implementation of new technologies and IT projects
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to data security and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
• Take initiative and proactively identify system improvements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration
• Experience with Microsoft environments, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows OS
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as VPNs, firewalls, and routers
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools preferred
• Strong understanding of basic cybersecurity principles
• Experience supporting multi-site environments preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health settings preferred
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Next Gen) preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar preferred
