• Application Integration: Connecting software systems, applications, APIs, middleware, and data sources.
• Oracle OCI: OCI application engineering, troubleshooting, debugging, microservices, APIs, automation, and cloud performance.
• Programming / Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Java, Python, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, stored procedures, web services, database/application integration.
• Business Analysis: Gathering business requirements, reviewing system goals, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.
• Testing / QA: Creating and executing test cases, UAT coordination, integration testing, upgrade testing, and defect resolution.
• Workflow Documentation: Documenting business workflows and recommending automation/process improvements.
• Customer Portal / Payment System
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience with payment systems, customer portals, transaction transparency, or near-real-time integrations preferred.
• Training / User Support: End-user training, functional clarification, mockups, prototypes, and post-implementation support.

• Role: Application Analyst – Integrations
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years progressive experience as a computer specialist or information systems analyst.
