Role:
Lead Agilist III – Agentic AI Engineering
Location:
Detroit/Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite Preferred)
Duration:
Long term.
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong Agile/Scrum coaching and facilitation experience
- Active engagement in Agile communities and continuous learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or exposure to AI-enabled solutions / Agentic AI
- Experience working with Information Security teams
- Proven ability to identify and remove team impediments/blockers
- Experience supporting enterprise Agile transformation initiatives
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
- Coach Product Owners and Development Teams
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
- Build and support high-performing Agile teams
- Collaborate with technology and Information Security stakeholders
- Promote servant leadership and Agile best practices
