Responsibilities
- Participate in design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements;
Financial Accounting Hub setup; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design. - Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes that include using Financial Accounting Hub, so they can transform their business with Oracle.
- Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
- Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand‑out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
- Lead, coach, and advise a small project team (depending upon the structure of a project) to design, set‑up, test, and deploy Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
- Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
- Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
- Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts.
- Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of end‑to‑end Record to Report business processes and Financial Accounting Hub configurations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
- Minimum of 1 full life‑cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
- Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.
- You have good Cross‑Functional other Oracle Cloud products.
- You’re great at working creatively in a problem‑solving environment.
- You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects.
- You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, design functionality and test plans, and perform testing.
- You have experience integrating with Oracle Cloud EPM products.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
