Pay Range: $70/hr - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Delivery (Required)
• 5–7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large cross-functional projects.
• Managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, stakeholders, executive reporting, and project governance.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives is essential.
• Cryptography / Data Protection (Required)
• Experience managing projects involving Cryptography.
• Data Protection.
• DSPM.
• Encryption.
• Key Management.
• PKI.
• Secrets Management.
• Certificate Management.
• Data Security.
• Cybersecurity Governance.
• Candidate should be able to contribute to technical discussions and provide guidance—not just coordinate the project.
• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management (Required)
• Strong BA/PM mindset.
• Experience gathering requirements.
• Creating roadmaps.
• Documenting use cases.
• Managing risks.
• Producing project artifacts.
• Partnering with engineering, security, GRC, vendors, and presenting to senior leadership.
• Agile & Enterprise Delivery (Preferred)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• SDLC.
• AI-enabled initiatives.
• Microsoft Project/Office.
• PMP certification.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Vendor management.
• Working in highly regulated enterprise environments (Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, etc.).
