The company is in search of a Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to spearhead the strategic vision, development, and execution of AI and ML initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the company's AI and ML strategy with business goals, leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, and driving innovation through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation technologies.
This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions at scale, strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and big data technologies, and excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Developing a three-year strategic AI roadmap.
- Overseeing architecture of scalable machine learning systems.
- Ensuring ethical AI practices.
- Managing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for AI/ML projects.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and big data technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
- Strong business acumen.
- Up-to-date on current AI trends.
- Published research or contributions to AI/ML communities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.
