The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Business Process Automation to lead the execution of its strategy for simplifying, automating, and optimizing business processes across the entire platform ecosystem. This executive will work closely with various teams, including technology, product, sales, operations, and customer experience, to identify and implement automation, workflow optimization, AI, and platform capabilities that enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve the customer experience.

The role also involves serving as an executive sponsor for operational excellence within the company's call center organization, providing strategic consulting, and mentoring on industry best practices.

• Developing and executing the business process automation strategy.
• Championing a culture of continuous process improvement.
• Partnering with the Chief Innovation Officer to identify and implement practical uses of artificial intelligence.
• Designing and recommending scalable workflow solutions, evaluating AI technologies, and ensuring automation initiatives align with security, compliance, and business governance standards.
• Developing KPIs, measuring the success of automation initiatives, and presenting ROI to executive leadership.
• Ensuring that the role does not involve owning software engineering or platform development, replacing operational department leadership, or managing the day-to-day operations of the call center.
