The Company is seeking a VP of AI and Innovation to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the organization’s AI vision, setting clear priorities, and ensuring the effective deployment of AI technologies to drive business value.

This role involves building and leading an AI governance council, assessing the current technology landscape, and championing AI literacy and adoption across the enterprise. The VP will also be tasked with identifying high-ROI use cases, serving as a strategic advisor to the C‑suite, and engaging with major brand partners to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

• Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build and lead an AI governance council to oversee AI initiatives.
• Assess the current technology landscape and make informed build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Champion AI literacy and adoption across the enterprise.
• Identify high‑ROI AI use cases and drive their implementation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the C‑suite and influence organizational change.
• Engage with major brand partners to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in technology, innovation, or digital transformation, including establishment of AI programs.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change through influence with measurable results in AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in large language models and enterprise AI tools.
• Strong ability to make build‑vs‑buy decisions and translate complex AI concepts into accessible language.
• Collaborative, action‑oriented problem‑solving approach and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Experience in hospitality or similar large‑scale, distributed operating environments is valued but not mandatory.
