Venteon is seeking an HRIS Operations Lead to coordinate daily HRIS activities across the organization. The role partners with HR, IT, payroll and other departments to support and enhance UKG Pro systems and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
The candidate will meet with department heads to resolve issues, manage projects, and guide a team of systems specialists. Strong Excel skills and data management expertise are essential. This on-site role is based in Detroit, MI.
