We are seeking an experienced Coupa Expert / Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of the Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Coupa modules, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to partner with procurement, finance, accounts payable, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve procurement efficiency, supplier management, and spend visibility.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the Coupa platform, recommend best practices, support integrations, and ensure successful adoption of the solution.

• Lead Coupa implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Procurement, Finance, AP, and IT stakeholders.
• Configure and customize Coupa modules based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Design and improve Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Configure approval workflows, purchasing policies, catalogs, supplier management, invoicing, expenses, budgets, and reporting.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on system integrations.
• Support integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise platforms.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Recommend platform improvements based on new Coupa functionality and business requirements.
• Partner with vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams throughout project life cycles.
• Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and compliance within the Coupa platform.
• Support release management, upgrades, and regression testing.

• 5+ years of experience working with the Coupa Business Spend Management platform.
• Experience implementing or supporting multiple Coupa projects.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring Coupa modules.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and supplier management.
• Knowledge of purchasing, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, expenses, approvals, catalogs, and procurement workflows.
• Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading workshops and solution design sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Coupa Certified Consultant certification(s).
• Experience with Coupa APIs, REST integrations, and middleware platforms such as Boomi, Mule Soft, or Informatica.
• Experience with SQL, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting global procurement organizations.
• Knowledge of supplier risk, contract management, sourcing, and spend analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
