Maximus is seeking a Configuration Change Manager to lead enterprise change, release management, and CMDB governance. You will coordinate across service areas to minimize disruption while aligning with SELC and ITSM best practices.
You will manage the full lifecycle of IT/OT changes, maintain the CMDB, and drive continuous process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering and 8–12 years in IT service/change management are required, with Public Trust eligibility and SAFe experience
