Project Manager (Digital Project Manager)

We're looking for an experienced, talented, creative and adaptable Digital Project Manager who's familiar with Agile and wants to help us create a great customer experience.

The Project Manager oversees several tracks of high-profile work. On a daily basis, he or she will be planning resource allocation, overseeing sprint planning and execution, and providing our leadership with visibility into our digital team's progress.

He or she will be a great relationship builder and will serve as a primary contact for our stakeholders and help them prioritize their requirements. In addition, the Digital Project Manager should be able to facilitate team meetings, review sessions, stand ups and retrospectives.

He or she should be able to guide our analysts as they write great user stories and also be able to work with the business lead in grooming and managing the project backlog.

Leading all sprints to successful implementation

Developing and maintaining a list of features and product backlog

Overseeing functional requirements and user stories prepared by our digital analysts.

Facilitating client and project team meetings

Leading estimation/sizing and sprint reviews with development teams

Working with business lead to prioritize backlog prioritization

Keeping business units/stakeholders informed of progress and changes throughout project lifecycle

Acting as communication liaison between business, technology and all supporting teams

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience

SCRUM certification is desired but not required

PMP certification is desired but not required

Understanding of how to run an Agile team within a waterfall company

Ability to easily manage multiple streams of work

Passion for great customer experience

High familiarity with web best practices

Strong attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to talk knowledgeably with members of both the commercial and development teams

An outgoing personality, a can-do attitude and a great sense of humor

Solid understanding of web development environments, sufficient to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications

Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement projects involving online applications and tasks

Superb written and oral communication skills

Experience using JIRA and Greenhopper

Experience using Microsoft Project

Experience working on a corporate web team or within a digital agency

May be required to work after normal business hours including weekends.
