SAP Business Analyst 5459

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to support and optimize SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes across the organization. This role will partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions and drive continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role reporting onsite to a Wixom, MI office location 3 days per week.

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements.
• Ensure FI/CO integration with SAP SD and MM modules.
• Support testing, training, documentation, and implementation activities.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP FICO configuration and support experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO, including Product Costing and CO-PA.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4
  
  HANA.
• Knowledge of FI/CO integration with SD and MM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• SAP FICO Certification.
• S/4
  
  HANA implementation or migration experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ABAP debugging.
