TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Client Service Specialist for the Detroit area. This contract role will serve as the initial IT support contact for district staff and students, solving Level 1/1.5 issues via phone or remote access and escalating more complex problems as needed.
The ideal candidate will have solid IT fundamentals, familiarity with Microsoft Office, basic networking, and experience with help desk tools.
