We are seeking an experienced Senior ALM Tool Support Engineer (Lead/SME) to manage, support, and optimize enterprise ALM platforms including Polarion, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, JFrog Artifactory, SVN, Perforce, and MATLAB toolchain
. The candidate will be responsible for L2/L3 support, governance, integrations, reporting, and leading a support team while ensuring alignment with SDLC, Agile, and Dev Ops processes
.
- Administer and support Polarion, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Artifactory, SVN, and Perforce.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and root cause analysis.
- Manage tool integrations, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
. - Configure workflows, permissions, projects, and templates.
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and SLA metrics.
- Drive ALM governance, compliance, and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor ALM support engineers.
- Support ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 compliance activities.
- Strong experience with Polarion, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and Confluence
. - Hands-on expertise in SVN, Perforce, and JFrog Artifactory
. - Experience with MATLAB/Simulink integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, SDLC, and ALM practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
- Python, Shell, or Groovy scripting.
- ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 knowledge.
- Embedded Systems or Automotive domain experience.
