Midwestern IT is having requirements Entry-Level Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts for multiple client projects across the United States.

• U.S. Citizen (USC)
• Green Card Holder (GC)
• Green Card EAD (GC EAD)
• H4 EAD (Valid EAD Required)

• 0 5 years of experience
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Experienced QA professionals are also welcome
• Career gaps are acceptable

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow in Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of Software Testing concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL, Jira, Agile, Selenium, or API Testing is an advantage but not mandatory

• Review business and functional requirements
• Create and execute test cases
• Perform Manual and/or Automation Testing
• Report and track defects using defect management tools
• Work closely with developers and business teams
• Support Agile/Scrum development processes
• Ensure software quality and timely delivery

• Resume preparation and interview support
• Mock interview sessions
• Marketing and placement assistance
