Position Summary

In this position, you will serve as a technical sales professional responsible for identifying customer business challenges, proposing IT and network-related solutions, coordinating implementation projects, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners

Sales Engineer

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
• Create solution strategies based on system integration, network integration, or project management experience
• Collaborate with external vendors and business partners to design optimal customer solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and sales terms
• Prepare sales and contract documentation
• Coordinate application system and network infrastructure implementation projects
• Manage implementation schedules with internal engineering teams and external partners
• Support troubleshooting activities for customer environments
• Maintain long-term customer and partner relationships
• Track customer information using internal systems
• Report sales activities to management
• Research new markets and identify potential customers

• Experience in System Integration or Project Management
• Ability to handle and propose IT-related solutions
  
  Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to identify business challenges and develop solutions
• Team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of networking technologies, cloud environments, servers, security solutions, or programming languages

• Project management experience involving coordination of multiple stakeholders
• Marketing experience including strategy development
• Knowledge of C, Java, R, Python, or similar programming languages
