- Troubleshoot complex network issues affecting production environment.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive steps.
- Participate in on-call rotation and escalation support.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
- Participate in Design and deployment of datacenter network solutions.
- Implement network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Support network migrations, refreshes, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain network architecture documentation and topology diagrams.
- Participate in infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
- Participate in automation and standardization process.
- Configure ACLs and network security controls.
- Support firewall integrations and segmentation requirements with the Security team
- Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore Model
- Good customer facing communication skills and Team management skills
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 a year
