VML is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Marketing Effectiveness & Intelligence (ME&I) to support measurement, reporting, and optimization initiatives for a key client account. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy.

We're looking for a collaborative problem solver who can transform data into actionable insights, bring together cross-functional teams, and help clients make smarter marketing decisions. You will serve as a trusted partner to internal teams and client stakeholders, driving measurement strategies, reporting solutions, and performance optimization opportunities across paid media, owned channels, and digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with marketing analytics, dashboarding, website analytics, and data storytelling, and is comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You Will DoMeasurement Strategy & Analytics Partner with clients and internal teams to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting requirements.

Serve as a strategic analytics lead across marketing, media, website, and customer experience initiatives.

Translate business questions into analytical approaches that deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Support Test & Learn initiatives, including hypothesis development, test design, and performance evaluation.

Reporting, Dashboards & Insights Lead development and ongoing enhancement of reporting solutions, scorecards, and dashboards.

Gather business requirements and partner with visualization and engineering teams to build scalable reporting capabilities.

Analyze campaign, website, and customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.

Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories for clients and stakeholders.

Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Quality & Measurement Operations Partner with data engineering, media, and platform teams to support data integrations, reporting automation, and measurement initiatives.

Monitor data quality and identify tracking issues, taxonomy inconsistencies, and reporting anomalies.

Help ensure campaigns launch with proper measurement frameworks, tagging standards, and reporting readiness.
