The PositionThis is an opportunity to work within a nationally respected labor and employment team handling complex, high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients across a broad range of industries.
Qualified candidates should have experience with:
- Temporary restraining orders and temporary injunction expedited relief proceedings
- Trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation
- Wage and hour class and collective action litigation
- Advice and counseling matters
- OSHA-related issues
- Single-plaintiff employment litigation
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership and good standing with the Michigan Bar
- 3–4 years of relevant labor and employment experience
