What You’ll Do

• Represent personal injury clients in court, mediation, and arbitration
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties to build strong cases
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys
• Maintain regular client communication to update on case progress
• Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association
• Experience in personal injury litigation (Michigan No-Fault highly desirable)
• Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory
• A driven, professional attitude with a passion for client advocacy
