LHH is partnering with one of Detroit's best plaintiff law firms to find a litigation associate for its Detroit area office. This role is ideal for attorneys with a passion for representing injured plaintiffs, those who want to go to trial, and who want a hybrid schedule.
Highlights- This role is fit for associates with 1+ year of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or medical malpractice. Insurance defense candidates will be considered.
- Our client has a structured mentorship program designed to craft associates into strong trial attorneys
- The firm has no billable hour requirement. The pace is much more manageable than competing firms.
- After 6 months, associates will have a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 remote
- Starting salary of $80,000-$90,000 but may go higher for more experienced attorneys
