Grounded is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to own sourcing as a formal discipline. You will research suppliers across categories, evaluate materials, and bring cost, lead time, and durability into design decisions before a prototype is locked.
This role sits between product and engineering, requiring clear communication with suppliers and engineers. You will build vendor lists, manage RFQs and POs, and help Grounded scale by establishing a repeatable procurement process.
