Job Purpose
The Senior Corporate Buyer leads strategic sourcing and commercial management of assigned raw materials and manufactured components across Angstrom Electric's United States and Mexico operations. The role owns Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for its commodities — combining tactical procurement execution with supplier negotiation, commodity index management, trade and tariff risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership in support of OEM program launches and ongoing production.
This is a corporate role with dual-site accountability. The incumbent serves a single, unified supply base supporting the Southfield corporate office, the AEM manufacturing operations in Mexico, and the Company's El Paso and third-party warehouse network — ensuring commercial terms, index formulas, and supplier performance standards are applied consistently on both sides of the border.
