Want the autonomy to develop suppliers, drive localisation, and work directly with international leadership across the world?
This is a global automotive manufacturer with strong international backing and continued investment across its U.S. operations.
In this role, you'll take ownership of sourcing strategy, supplier development and procurement performance. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly visible role with real influence across the organization.
A major focus will be supplier localization and developing a strong North American supply base. You'll work closely with international leadership, suppliers, and manufacturing teams while driving cost, quality and delivery.
This role would suit a Purchasing leader from a multinational automotive or manufacturing environment, comfortable working across different cultures and building strong relationships with international teams and suppliers.
The Role:- Lead Purchasing strategy across the U.S. operation
- Drive supplier localization and development
- Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier selection
- Improve cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity
- Strong Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain leadership background
- Experience with in a multinational automotive or manufacturing business
- Strong sourcing, supplier development, and negotiation experience
- Comfortable working across international teams and different cultures
