DOMINO’S PIZZA ASSISTANT MANAGER

Assist the General Manager in running and implementing operational standards and running the restaurant in accordance with Domino’s policies.

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare pizzas and all other menu items following standard procedures.
• Deliver products to designated areas and customer locations.
• Complete necessary paperwork when the GM or store owner is unavailable.

• Standing: Tasks performed on tile or linoleum with work surfaces 36"–48" high.
• Walking: Short distances; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle and customer.
• Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs; lift items up to 72" high shelves.
• Carrying: Transfer cans, sauce, trays up to 30 lbs and pizzas during delivery.
• Pushing/Pulling: Move trays on dollies (24"–30" stack) and pull trays as needed.
• Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may require five or more flights of stairs.
• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the pizza assembly station for 30–45 seconds repeatedly.
• Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally when stocking shelves or cleaning low areas.
• Reaching: Up, down and forward; occasionally above 72" to control ovens, change sign pricing, and scoop ingredients.
• Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.
• Hand Tasks: Continuous eye-hand coordination for shaping dough, using peels, cutting, and packaging.
• Tools: Use of pens, computers, phones, calculators, pizza cutter, and peel.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
