We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Housekeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for residents and guests. This position involves light cleaning, restaging properties, and performing various maintenance tasks to uphold the overall integrity of our spaces.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Restage properties to create an aesthetically pleasing and inviting atmosphere. Complete light maintenance tasks to address minor issues in the properties.
• Trash Management: Pull trash cans to the designated pickup area on a weekly basis. Ensure proper disposal and recycling practices are followed.
• Smart Locks & Security: Change batteries in smart locks to ensure proper functioning. Charge batteries in security cameras to maintain surveillance capabilities.
• Communication & Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or cleaning supplies needed. Maintain open communication with the property management team.

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliability: reliable transportation and trustworthy nature.

The position is part-time, with a flexible schedule. Approximately 10-24 hours per week. Weekly and monthly schedule provided.
