Performs general Environmental Services(EVS)/Housekeeping and otherassignedlabortasksrelatedtotheoperation and upkeepofthe

Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center(hereby referred to as “The Max”).CleansandmaintainsDSObuildings/facilities.

Is knowledgeableoftheproceduresandsafetymeasuresintheseareas.

Relieson instructions,pre-established guidelines,experience,andjudgmenttoperformtherequired functionsofthejob.

Performsavarietyoftasksrelatedtotheupkeepoftheoverallvenue.

• Vacuum,dust,andwetmopallfloorspaces throughout
  
  Orchestra Hall, theCube, practice rooms,public areas, offices,etc.throughout the Max.
  
  Cleans carpetsinall areasofthe Maxas assigned.
  
  Dustsand cleans seats throughout
  
  Orchestra Hallasassigned.
• Cleanand sanitize restrooms, dressing rooms, andlocker rooms,including countertops, sinks, urinals, showers,mirrors,lightfixturesandtoilets.
• Replenishpapersupplies(towels,etc.)inrestroomsasneeded.
• Cleanseandsanitizecounter tops,mirrors,light fixtures,and walls throughout the Maxareasas needed.
  
  Cleanallwindows,ledges, moldings,frames,and furniture throughout the center as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles,replace liners, and cleanreceptaclesinrestrooms,offices, lounges, and other public areas.
• Pick-up trash aroundexteriorofbuilding.
  
  Remove debris from grounds,sidewalks,parkinglotsandotherrelatedpropertiesofthe
  
  Max.
• As scheduledbythe EVSManager,provideEVS supportto Frontof House management duringDSOperformancesandthird-party facility rentalsandotheractivities.
  
  Setup equipment/furnishingsforspecialeventfunctions.
• Performotherdutiesandprojectsassigned.

Hoursmaybeassignedusingany combinationofweekandweekendhours(morning,afternoons,evenings,and nighttime hours).Overtime will berequiredperiodically,including evening show assignments, as scheduled.

• 2 years’ experience in environmental services and/or housekeeping.
• Strong communicationskillsand experienceinteractingprofessionallywith a varietyof people.
  
  EVS Techswill interact with patrons,DSOstaffandmusicians, guest artists, students, etc.
• Ability to act independently, take initiative, and meet changing priorities.
• Successful experience working in, and contributing to, a collaborative, team environment.

• 3+ years’ experience in environmental services and/or housekeeping.
