• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of draft beer lines, coils, and related equipment at customer locations.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and industry standards to maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of draft beer systems.
• Inspect draft beer systems for potential issues, including buildup, leaks, and equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues as needed.
• Complete all assigned customer accounts and scheduled services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and payments collected.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional, friendly, and reliable service.
• Properly maintain and care for company-provided tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Communicate service concerns, equipment issues, and customer needs to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily assigned service routes.

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established cleaning processes.
• Previous experience with draft beer systems, equipment maintenance, or a similar service-related position is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and participate in hands-on training.
• Ability and willingness to work early morning shifts, with start times as early as 4:00 AM.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in confined or limited spaces, including behind bars and around draft beer equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals while using appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Ability to travel between multiple customer locations throughout the workday.
