Zeekr US is seeking an Automotive Aftersales Director of Operations to lead and optimize service operations, customer experience, and business performance across our U.S. network. In this leadership position, you will scale all aspects of our aftersales business, working cross-functionally with global partners to deliver best-in-class operational excellence with profitable, sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in automotive aftersales operations, proven leadership in field and fixed operations, and a project-oriented, data-driven mindset for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the US General Manager to develop, communicate, and execute aftersales missions aligned with growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Oversee operational planning for parts, service, tools, and support across all locations as well as warranty recovery, vendor management, and performance of external service providers.
  • Monitor service performance KPIs, drive cost control, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support daily operations and launch readiness with service tools, process improvements, training plans, parts availability strategies, and field service programs aimed at improving efficiencies and minimizing fleet downtime.
  • Mentor a high-performing team focused on service excellence, technical accuracy, and customer confidence.
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, including: defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, removing roadblocks, and maintaining accountability for milestones.
  • Serve as primary liaison to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and transparency on project status and outcomes.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, tracking progress, addressing risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring quality standards are achieved.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field;
    Master’s degree preferred with a concentration in Operations Management, Strategy, or Finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive aftersales, fixed operations, service process optimization, warranty cost control, and service network management with demonstrated P&L management or budget ownership.
  • Proven ability to execute large-scale operational strategies that drive cost efficiency, service quality, and demand accountability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (i.e.: Excel, Power BI).
  • Ability to travel between sites and support projects and team members as needed.

This is a hybrid position
, preferably based in the Detroit or Phoenix areas, with travel up to 25%.
