Zolman Restoration is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Emergency Services Project Manager to lead water, mold, and emergency mitigation projects across Metro Detroit.
This role is ideal for a driven Project Manager who thrives in fast‑paced environments, takes ownership of their projects, and understands the balance between field execution, documentation, client communication, and financial performance.
Responsibilities- Manage emergency services projects from initial loss through close‑out
- Oversee field teams, lead technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, property managers, and adjusters
- Ensure accurate job documentation including notes, photos, moisture readings, and compliance
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and gross profit performance
- Coordinate labor, equipment deployment, and daily job planning
- Conduct site visits, quality control checks, and provide regular project updates
- Drive timely invoicing and efficient project close‑out
- Support large-loss and commercial emergency response when needed
- 3+ years of restoration project management experience (water/mold/emergency services preferred)
- Strong understanding of time and material billing and insurance-driven workflows
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working both in the field and office environments
- Experience with estimating and project management software
- Established and growing restoration contractor in Metro Detroit
