Senior Project Manager

* Demonstrate proficiency in advanced project management technology and enterprise systems

* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or related field
* Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with proven track record of enterprise-level project delivery
* Minimum of 5 years experience working directly with executive stakeholders and C-suite leadership
* Demonstrated experience in capital planning, financial forecasting, and complex budget management
* Portfolio management experience with strategic, enterprise-focused thinking
* Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and cost avoidance for enterprise organizations
* Executive-level presence with ability to confidently interface with C-suite stakeholders
* Portfolio mindset with strategic, enterprise-focused approach to project management
* Demonstrated ability to align tactical execution with strategic organizational objectives
* Advanced financial experience including capital planning, financial forecasting, and budget management
* Comprehensive understanding of enterprise financial metrics and reporting
* Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
* Expertise in cost optimization strategies, value engineering, and programmatic cost reduction methodologies
* Comprehensive understanding and ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
* Understanding of material specification process and selection in retail environments
* Thorough knowledge of design development, construction documentation, and construction processes
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
* Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex, high-stakes projects simultaneously
