• Financial Systems Expertise:
  Proficiency with accounting ERP software (Sage Intacct), & strong Excel skills.

  History of collaborating with leadership to support growth and financial planning.

• Own Accounting Operations:
  Own everything accounting ops (AP, AR, balance sheet, revenue, etc...) to ensure accuracy in the details used to manage the business.
• Champion & Leader for Growth:
  Act as a true business partner to the GM; proactively identifying & ideating & solving for improvement opportunities that drive business growth.
• Month‑End Close and Financial Reporting:
  Lead month‑end close (5‑day window), review material entries & reconciliations, and assess financial statements to direct business decisions.
• Analysis and Budgeting:
  Conduct margin, cash flow, & budget analysis; drive the annual budget & actionable strategies to improve financial & operating performance.
• Internal Controls and Compliance:
  Develop and maintain accounting process & controls; coordinate with external auditors to complete audits & ensure GAAP compliance.
• Leadership and Team Development:
  Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, foster a hands‑on and collaborative culture, and drive process improvements including tech adoption.
