We are seeking an experienced Engagement Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of multiple client consulting engagements. This role serves as the primary coordination point between clients, consulting teams, and firm leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.

• Develop and manage detailed project workplans
• Coordinate resources across concurrent engagements
• Monitor scope, risks, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate communication with client stakeholders
• Identify delivery issues and support resolution
• Ensure adherence to established methodologies and quality standards

• Support discovery and design activities
• Document current-state and future-state business processes
• Facilitate client workshops
• Maintain process maps and documentation (swimlane diagrams, SOP inputs, requirements traceability)
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and handoffs

• Track hours, burn rate, and margin
• Manage budgets and change requests
• Support forecasting and capacity planning

• Prior consulting/advisory experience required
• Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Strong organizational and structured problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of business process mapping methodologies and tools
• Experience working with not-for-profit or professional services organizations strongly preferred
