We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality results.

• Lead and manage the entire project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, construction administration, and project closeout
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and manage expectations
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Continuously seek ways to improve project performance and streamline processes

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.
